Dr. Drew Landry has been the Senior Pastor at Spotswood since 2006. As Senior Pastor, he is the lead teaching pastor, and he is responsible for leading the church and the staff as we spread the good news of Jesus. Drew is passionate about the members of Spotswood being a catalyst for the Gospel by taking it off the campus and into the community.

Drew became a believer and follower of Jesus during a James Robison Crusade in Baton Rouge, LA in 1968. His favorite verse is Jeremiah 29:11, “‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.’”

Drew received his BA in religion from Louisiana College. He also attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned his M. Div. and New Orleans Theological Seminary, where he earned his Doctor of Ministry.

He and his wife, Judy, have two daughters and a grandson; Laura lives in Covington, Louisiana with her son Cason and Meredith lives in Houston.
