Jim Bryant began his career with Chik-fil-A as a 16 year old working after school. While working his way through college he decided to pursue Chik-fil-A as a career. In 1987 became a franchisee owner in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He currently owns and operates two locations in Fayetteville.
